First advocate for a Pacific Railroad

Can anyone supply a copy or transcription of the February 8, 1832 editorial advocating building a railroad to the Pacific written by Judge S. W. Dexter of Ann Arbor, Michigan in his newspaper, the Weekly Emigrant?

By happenstance my wife and I are visiting daughters in Ann Arbor this weekend. We found the text (see attachment) in the Ann Arbor Public Library.  It was opened and fully staffed Sunday afternoon!
