The Big Four

"Who was the leader of the Central Pacific Railroad during the construction of the transcontinental Railroad? [January 8, 1863 - May 10, 1869]
I am doing a project on a the transcontinental railroad and I was wondering who was the boss of everything that the Central Pacific Railroad does; also I am wondering what was the address to their headquarters during that time.
