The Chinese in America by Iris Chang, chapter on Building the Transcontinental Railroad states "The Chinese averaged four feet ten inches in height and weighed 120 pounds." (Unfortunately that chapter has many inaccuracies, and doesn't say where she got these measurements from, so there is no way to ascertain whether the height and weight figures given are trustworthy.)
