Yes, I've seen two and have a photo of one of them, they were both Thomas Patent 1867 tags, the same as the thomas CPRR tags. There are only a few known in existance. There is also an "EMMIGRANT" tag listing three railroads, AT&SF and CPRR via the D&RGRy. This is the only one that I know of that is multi road with CP.

I note the Thomas patent from 1867 is #62,300, and was used by the CPRR, among others. Interesting design.
