The above linked list of culverts as constructed on the Pacific Railroad, of course, will not answer your question, as Iowa is east of the origin of the Pacific Railroad at Omaha, Nebraska.
Not sure if you are asking about current construction or historic locations.
Suggest that you contact the Union Pacific Railroad.
