Re: Dutch Flat celebration
I am the President of the Golden Drift Historical Society, a post formerly held by the great Doug Ferrier. We are located in Dutch Flat, California, where Theodore Judah and Daniel Strong joined forces to found the Central Pacific Railroad.
In May, 2019, we'd like to have a special celebration of the sesquicentennial of the completion if the transcontinental railroad. I'm contacting you to see if you have anything you could offer us in such an endeavor. My dream would be to have 2 men reenacting the conversations between Judah and Strong. The site of Strings Drugstore is available for such a reenactment. Please let me know. ...
