Have not been able to verify the people shown, and a reverse web image search did not find any information about the postcard.
Perhaps a genealogy website that has information about Samuel F. B. Morse's descendants might be helpful.

A "brother H. A. Morse" bid on the telegrapher job at Springfield Oregon in 1913. This is next door to Eugene, where the photographer was based (searchable as Oregon pioneer photographers) and base point where the Willamette-Pacific or Coos Bay Branch was being extended outward (postal cancelleation appears to be Bandon Oregon). Perhaps Morse can be found (house near station) somewhere along this stretch.
